Maintenance Supervisor

PT KOMITRANDO EMPORIO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of factory buildings, electrical systems, and supporting facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

• Supervise daily maintenance activities involving factory buildings, electrical installations, power distribution systems, electrical panels, and supporting facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Oversee the operation, inspection, and maintenance of generators (gensets), ensuring emergency power readiness.
• Monitor and maintain building facilities, including lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and other utilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and building facilities.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) regulations and electrical safety standards.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for electrical inspections, maintenance, and certification requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and corrective actions.
• Supervise maintenance technicians to ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Support factory safety audits, electrical safety inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in building electrical maintenance, facility maintenance, or industrial electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, power distribution systems, electrical panels, and industrial building utilities.
• Hands-on experience in generator (genset) operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and building facility management.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of electrical safety regulations, OHS/K3 requirements, and applicable electrical installation standards.
• A valid Electrical Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Listrik) certification issued by Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and capable of responding effectively to electrical emergencies.
