Merchandiser

Interface between Buyer & Production and responsible from order analysis to shipment, execute the orders perfectly as per the costing and pricing.

• Talk to clients regularly to understand their needs, style requests, and target dates.
• Coordinate with sample development team to create and send out initial garment samples (proto, fit, and size sets) for buyer review and approval.
• Calculate the fabric, trims, accessories and others;  Make the Bill of Materials (BOM) and issue purchase orders (POs) for raw materials.
• Build and manage a Time and Action (T&A) calendar to track every deadline from raw material arrival to shipment.
• Host meetings with the factory production and quality teams to review buyer specifications before mass manufacturing begins.

• Diploma or S1 of any major with min. GPA 3.00. Preferably majoring Industrial Engineering, Marketing, English or Management 
• Good in english both oral or written is mandatory
• Strong in follow up & monitoring
• Have 1- 2 years experience in the same field will be an advantage
• Domiciled or willing to be place in Yogyakarta
