Sport Center Manager

The Sport Center Manager is responsible for the end to end technical leadership and commercial success of the facility. This role requires a "Founding Manager" mindset someone who can manage daily operation while simultaneously driving business growth through creative promotion and community building. You will serve as the primary technical architect for the hub business strategy, ensuring that last mile customer engagement is seamlessly integrated with robust operational backend infrastructure to guarantee high performance service delivery. Beyond physical delivery, you will drive the integration of community focused program to enhance service value for member. This include design and overseeing event architecture that utilize local partnership to provide customer with intelligent traffic management and secure facility access. You will be leading cross domain team to resolve operational issue and using proactive engagement to identify new business opportunities that enhance long term customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily operation to ensure they are effective, efficient and compliant with establish SOP.
• Manage the operational budget, monitor expenses, and prepare performance report to be review with management for continuous improvement
• Design and execute online/offline promotion strategies and collaborative event to drive traffic and increase revenue
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with sports communities, government agencies, and private institutions to expand the hub’s network
• Supervise the cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of all facilities, ensuring every customer complaint is handled professionally and promptly
•  Lead, direct and evaluate the performance of the staff (operational, cleaning, and security) to ensure maximum productivity

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (Management or Sports-related fields are a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or fitness/sports/wellness center management
• Proven ability to plan promotions and execute events that drive commercial results during their tenure in the above roles
• A genuine interest in community sport and a healthy lifestyle
• A dynamic, active and agile personality
• Strong leadership, communicative, solution driven and adaptable to a fast paced environment
• Adequate level of English
• Must be based in or willing to relocate Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung
