Japanese Customer Expert

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Japanese-speaking Customer Expert to join our growing team in Indonesia. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Japanese (native speakers preferred) and English, who are open to relocating to one of our vibrant TP Indonesia sites: Jakarta, Bali, or Yogyakarta.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and support requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Assist in translating and localizing content when necessary.

• Fluent Japanese speaker (JLPT N1 or equivalent preferred).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Indonesia (Jakarta, Bali, or Yogyakarta).
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
