The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Management, ensuring efficient coordination of daily activities, confidential correspondence, and company-wide initiatives.

This role also carries Human Resources responsibilities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, record management, and employee engagement — serving as the key liaison between the management and internal team.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize internal and external meetings, including agenda, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Support executive communications and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Track and manage project deadlines and strategic initiatives assigned by management.
  • Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors on behalf of the executive team.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in recruitment processes: posting job openings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth integration process
  • Prepare and process employment documents, including contracts, offer letters, and confidentiality agreements
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and internal communication efficiency

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Assistant, or Office Manager.
  3. Strong understanding of HR processes and employment administration.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
  5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  6. Discreet, professional, and able to manage sensitive information with integrity.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software or digital tools.
