Operational Manager

The sport-tourism and healthy lifestyle industry in Bali is booming.

Welcoming the launch of Temiri Sportshub this September, we are inviting experienced management professionals to step us as our Operational Manager.

Located strategically on Jl. Imam Bonjol, Denpasar (just off Sunset Road), our project integrates premium sports facilities (Padel & Climbing) with dynamic commercial F&B spaces.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of sports facilities and commercial areas.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sports, F&B, and supporting operational teams.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and facility presentation.
• Monitor operational performance, cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
• Lead, supervise, and develop operational staff.
• Implement and improve operational SOPs and service standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and external partners.
• Support business growth initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.

• Managerial background in SportsHub, Padel Court, or Coworking Space daily operations.
• Strong track record in facility management, team leadership, and standardizing premium customer service.
• Adaptive mindset, ready to work in a fast paced and innovative environment.
