Supervisor Engineering

1. Create and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all hotel and villa assets.
2. Ensure all facilities are always safe and ready for use.
3. Reduce downtime through routine inspections and preventative measures.
4. Monitor the condition of buildings, rooms, villas, public areas, restaurants, offices, and back-of-house.
5. Ensure all facilities meet boutique hotel quality standards.
6. Monitor pool water quality.
7. Ensure pool machines and filtration systems are operating properly.
8. Handle guest complaints related to technical facilities.
9. Provide prompt responses in accordance with service standards.
10. Manage engineering inventory.
11. Control the use of spare parts, tools, and materials.
12. Manage engineering work schedules.
13. Provide coaching to Engineering Technicians.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor or at least 5 years as Engineering Staff in a hotel, resort, or villa;
2. Experience managing boutique hotels, luxury villas, or hospitality is preferred;
3. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance;
4. Able to create preventative maintenance schedules;
5. Able to troubleshoot quickly and accurately;
6. Capable of analyzing facility damage;
7. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus;
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
9. Cost awareness (able to control spare part usage and maintenance costs);
