Stocker

H-ostel Kuta is looking for a reliable and organized Stocker to support daily inventory and stock handling operations. The role involves receiving and checking supplies, arranging and labeling items in storage areas, replenishing stock for operational departments, and monitoring inventory levels. The successful candidate will help ensure that supplies are properly stored, readily available, and accurately recorded to support smooth daily operations.

• Receive incoming goods from the warehouse or suppliers and verify quantities against request lists.
• Arrange, organize, and label stock in designated storage areas, including housekeeping supplies, amenities, F&B dry goods, and other consumables.
• Replenish supplies at outlets and floors according to daily stock requirements.
• Conduct daily or weekly stock counts and record stock usage accurately.
• Inform the Warehouse Admin of items that reach minimum stock levels or are damaged or expired.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and pest-free storage areas.
• Assist with periodic stock opname and basic inventory reporting.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Admin and operational teams regarding stock requirements.
• Perform other stock-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum SMA/SMK graduate.
• Based in Bali.
• Experience as stocker/store keeper/inventory staff is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Able to count accurately and fill in simple forms/spreadsheets.
• Physically fit, able to lift goods up to 20 kg.
• Honest, tidy, disciplined and proactive.
• Willing to work on a shift/6-day schedule including weekends.
