 The Country Manager (Indonesia) is responsible for leading and expanding Zetatech’s renewable energy sales and market development activities in Indonesia. This role is remote-based, offering flexibility to work from anywhere, while requiring on-ground activities such as customer visits, exhibitions, and partner meetings as needed. The position focuses on achieving sales targets, developing distribution channels, managing customer relationships, and monitoring renewable energy market trends. 

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Indonesian market to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential and C&I energy storage systems, PV panels, and other renewable energy products
  • Execute field sales activities including exhibitions, direct promotions, cold visits, and retail store visits to engage investors, distributors, installers, EPCs, and end-users
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners
  • Identify, recruit, and support new distribution partners, including initial partnership discussions
  • Support and maintain local dealer channels through regular visits, ensuring proper product display and providing basic sales training
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide professional product recommendations and solutions, and ensure high-quality after-sales service
  • Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers
  • Provide regular market reports and feedback to management, including market trends, competitor activities, and local policy updates
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to ensure smooth coordination in product promotion, delivery, and customer support

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

1. Bachelor above degree required, renewable energy, electrical engineering, and business administration major preferred.

2. Experience: 3+ years of offline sales experience in PV energy, energy storage, renewable energy field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in SEA market, especially in the Malaysian market.

3. Skills: Strong face-to-face communication skills in English and Malay language, well understanding in local culture and business etiquette. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

4. Flexible outdoor and non-office working environment, basic digital literacy required,familiar with office software.

5. Personal Traits: Self-motivated, comfortable starting in an execution-focused role, and able to thrive in a "volume-driven"sales model.
