Content Creator Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Specialist who is proactive, communicative, and results-oriented to support the company's business growth and marketing activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients and business partners, supporting digital marketing activities, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Identify target markets and potential clients/business partners.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct prospecting, canvassing, and client follow-ups.
• Handle client inquiries and objections professionally.
• Analyze competitors and market trends.
• Develop marketing funnels and simple sales & marketing action plans.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
• Support SEO, social media marketing, digital content, and business development activities.

• Proficient in English and Japanese.
• Available to work full-time and not currently enrolled in university/college or working another job.
• Possess a valid SIM A (Class A driver's license).
• Own a personal laptop.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
