Sales Inbond

We're hiring SALES INBOND -  Inbound Tour Sales 

1. Deal with local suppliers such a Hotels, Transport providers etc to obtain competitive rates

2. Prepare, Quote and Submit detailed programs with prices to Foreign Agents

3. Correspond in English with Foreign Travel Agents and Partners with Accurate, up-to-date and Correct Travel Information

4. Provide consultative advice, suggest suitable options in order to create good Tailor-made Itineraries

5. Process bookings and send the confirmation to Foreign Agents in a timely manner

6. Handle and Respond to comments and complaints (if any)

7. Perform any other duties assigned by your superior

 1.Good command of English

2. Good command of MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and excellent computing skills

3. Should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

4. Should possess a GOOD & POSITIVE ATTITUDE and POSITIVE THINKING

5. Ability to multitask and ability to use GDS systems (Amadeus & Galileo) will be an added advantage
