Rp 15 – 20 JutaThis is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and driving performance in revenue, efficiency, and guest experience. The role requires close coordination with the owning company and consistent execution across all operational departments.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, results-oriented, and confident in managing a full hotel operation. This role is open to individuals currently holding positions such as:
• Room Division Manager (RDM)
• Front Office Manager (FOM)
• Assistant Hotel Manager
• Operations Manager
• Duty Manager
• Or similar roles within hotel management
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Lead the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage
• Drive revenue performance through effective pricing strategies, OTA management, and upselling initiatives
• Implement and maintain efficient SOPs to ensure optimal productivity
• Identify and resolve operational issues with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
• Maintain service quality while controlling budgets and operating expenses
• Foster a performance-based work culture and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the owning company, providing actionable operational and financial insights
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• At least Diploma degree
Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :
Currently serving in a senior operational role as listed above
Proficient in OTA platforms and knowledgeable in hotel revenue metrics RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead tea
