Therapist

We are currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Therapist to join Stala Growth & Wellbeing Centre. The successful candidate will provide professional therapeutic services to support clients’ developmental, emotional, and behavioural needs within a safe and nurturing environment.

Working Hours : Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 WITA, Sunday: 09:00 – 12:00 WITA

1. Conduct therapy sessions (behavioural therapy, play therapy, or other relevant interventions) based on clients’ individual needs and assessment results.
2. Develop structured intervention plans and set measurable therapy goals.
3. Monitor, document, and evaluate clients’ progress regularly and prepare professional reports.
4. Collaborate with psychologists, parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure integrated support for clients.
5. Provide guidance and home programme recommendations to parents or caregivers.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality in accordance with professional standards and ethics.
7. Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or a relevant field.
• Relevant certification or training in therapy/intervention approaches is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related therapeutic setting is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong competence are welcome to apply).
• Strong understanding of child development and intervention strategies.
• Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive rapport with children and families.
• Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, professional, and committed to ethical practice.
