Psychologist

Yayasan Griya Anak / Children’s House through Stala Growth & Wellbeing Centre is a child-focused wellbeing organisation that provides psychological services for emotional, behavioural, and developmental support. This role is responsible for delivering assessment, counselling, and evidence-based psychological interventions to clients in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

Working Hours : Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 WITA, Sunday: 09:00 – 12:00 WITA

1. Conduct psychological assessments, observations, and interviews for children, adolescents, and/or adults in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
2. Provide individual counselling, therapy sessions, and intervention programmes tailored to clients’ developmental, emotional, behavioural, and academic needs.
3. Develop comprehensive psychological reports, treatment plans, and progress evaluations in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support clients’ growth, wellbeing, and overall development.
5. Deliver psychoeducation sessions, workshops, or parenting guidance programmes aligned with the centre’s vision of growth and wellbeing.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality in compliance with the Indonesian Psychological Code of Ethics.
7. Participate in case discussions, supervision sessions, and continuous professional development activities.

• Professional Psychology degree (Psikologi Profesi) from an accredited university.
• Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling, clinical, educational, or child psychology (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in psychological assessment tools and evidence-based intervention methods.
• Ability to prepare structured psychological reports in English or Indonesian.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
