PT LAWENCON INTERNASIONAL hiring DATA SCIENTIST

• Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for business needs.
• Build and evaluate machine learning and statistical models.
• Apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and operations research techniques to solve business problems.
• Process and analyze data using SQL/NoSQL and related technologies.
• Develop data science solutions using Python and/or R.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning and analytical models in production environments.
• Work with big data technologies, such as Spark, Hive, Impala, and Kafka.
• Support the implementation of advanced analytics projects from data preparation to model deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and improve model performance and analytical solutions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Predictive Analytics, Prescriptive Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent skills or experience may be considered.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and data processing.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and/or Operations Research.
• Experience in deploying analytical or machine learning models into production environments.
• Experience with Big Data technologies, such as Spark, Hive, Impala, and Kafka, is preferred.
• Experience implementing Advanced Analytics solutions in real-world projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
