Associate

The Associate will assist Partners in managing and executing legal consulting projects, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal support to clients. This role involves handling corporate legal matters, bankruptcy, debt restructuring, arbitration, and dispute resolution, as well as representing clients in court proceedings, government institutions, and business meetings. The Associate is also responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients and relevant stakeholders, preparing legal materials, and providing regular updates to Partners on ongoing projects.

• Assisting Partners in handling projects including conducting deep research and drafting legal documents;
• Assisting Partners in preparing materials for meetings and seminars;
• Representing clients in court, government institutions, or meetings;
• Correspondence with clients, counterparts, court representatives, or other parties;
• Representing Partners or Firm in social and corporate events such as seminars and conferences; 
• Providing updates and reports to Partners periodically.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, reputable universities are preferred;
• Have 3-5+ years of experience as a legal consultant;
• Know corporate law, bankruptcy law, debt restructuring, arbitration, and dispute settlement;
• Have a Peradi license;
• Have excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills;
• Good negotiation and communication skills in both English and Indonesian;
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
