Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Handle and coordinate vehicle registration processes, including STNK and other related documents.
- Manage SRUT (Vehicle Type Test Registration Certificate) applications and documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle homologation and type approval processes with relevant government authorities.
- Handle vehicle certification and ensure all required documents are properly prepared and submitted.
- Monitor the progress of vehicle registration, homologation, and certification processes.
- Ensure all documentation complies with applicable Indonesian regulations and requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain vehicle registration and certification records.
- Follow up on document processing, approvals, renewals, and corrections when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties, including government agencies, testing institutions, and service providers.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations related to vehicle registration, homologation, and certification.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates on registration and certification activities to management.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field; Engineering, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in vehicle registration, certification, homologation, or a related field.
- Good understanding of STNK, SRUT, homologation, and vehicle certification processes in Indonesia.
- Familiar with government systems and regulations related to vehicle registration and certification.
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and responsible.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new regulations and procedures.
