Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Menu Planning and Development
- Create innovative and high-quality menus that align with the restaurant’s theme and clientele expectations.
- Update menus regularly based on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Food Preparation and Presentation
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest culinary standards in terms of taste, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and portion sizes.
- Kitchen Management
- Quality Control and Hygiene
- Enforce strict standards for food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
1. Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment.
1. Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
3. roven track record of supervising, training, and mentoring kitchen staff.
4. Strong communication skills, both with kitchen team and front-of-house.
