Social Media Manager

PT AQUX PURETECH INDONESIA is developing KLIYR as a calm, premium, and modern hydration brand for everyday use. This role focuses on preparing the brand for launch through social media management, content strategy development, and organic audience growth, primarily targeting the UK market with future expansion to Jakarta.

•  Conduct competitor research across content, visuals, messaging, and growth strategies
•  Identify gaps and positioning opportunities within hydration, wellness, and lifestyle categories
•  Develop and execute Instagram content strategy including reels, carousels, stories, and captions
•  Maintain a consistent, minimal, and premium visual direction across the Instagram feed
•  Grow relevant audiences organically and build brand awareness before launch
•  Support waitlist growth through structured storytelling and content planning
•  Track content performance and provide weekly insights, improvements, and content ideas 

•  1–2 years of experience in social media management or related roles
•  Strong understanding of Instagram strategy, audience growth, and engagement
•  Ability to create or manage reels, carousels, stories, and captions
•  Understanding of minimal, modern, and premium brand aesthetics
•  Ability to conduct competitor research and translate insights into content strategy
•  Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
•  Ability to communicate effectively in English for remote collaboration
•  Experience in organic audience engagement and community interaction
•  Able to work independently in a remote working environment
