Finance Analyst

We are looking for Financial Analyst / Business Appraisal Staff

• Analyze financial statements and assess company performance. 
• Build financial models and conduct business valuation (DCF, comparables, etc.). 
• Collect, verify, and process financial and operational data. 
• Prepare accurate and timely analysis and appraisal reports. 
• Conduct site visits to gather business insights and validate data. 
• Identify financial risks and provide actionable recommendations. 
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties. 
• Present findings clearly in reports and presentations (including in English). 
• Ensure high accuracy and meet tight deadlines.

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Accounting, with GPA >3.00 (for State University) and GPA >3,30 (for Private University)

2. Candidate with D3 certificate must have GPA >3.30 (for State University) and GPA >3,50 (for Private University)

3. No work experience required, but preferably candidate with 1‐2 year experience as a Business Appraiser , or specialized in Financial Management or Accounting

4. Good Skill(s) in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Pdf, and English (Writing and Speaking,fluently)

5. Candidates must working carefully in financial analyze and good in reporting.

6. Candidates must be hardworking and persistent at work

7. Candidates must be able to work quickly and carefully within a certain deadlines

8. Ready for out‐of‐town survey

9. Ready to work overtime at working day, and weekend, of necessary)

10. Candidate must have a good health.
