Assistant F&B Manager

Hotel Santika Pandegiling Surabaya is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager / Restaurant & Banquet Manager. 

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant and banquet department.
• Ensure excellent food and beverage service standards and customer satisfaction. 
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant and banquet staff to achieve operational excellence. 
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards. 
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. 
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth event and banquet operations. 
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving departmental revenue targets.
