CV Mandiri Barokah Jaya is seeking a General Admin to support daily administrative and office operations. This role is responsible for document management, correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth and organized business activities.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Manage and maintain company documents and records, both digital and physical
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone and email
  • Arrange schedules, meetings, and meeting room bookings
  • Update and maintain company databases and administrative records
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments
  • Coordinate with vendors and external parties related to administrative needs
  • Prepare routine administrative reports as required

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role or open to Fresh Graduates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of office administration and document filing systems
  • Ability to manage data and documentation in a structured manner
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with email usage and standard office administration tools
