Textile Designer Staff

Textile Designer is responsible for creating original textile prints, patterns, graphics, and artwork for women's fashion collections. This role works closely with Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing teams to develop commercially appealing designs that align with market trends, customer preferences, and brand identity. The ideal candidate possesses strong creativity, technical design skills, and a solid understanding of fashion and textile production processes.

Design Development

• Create original textile prints, patterns, graphics, and motifs for women's apparel collections.
• Develop seasonal design concepts, mood boards, color stories, and trend-driven artwork.
• Design seamless repeat patterns suitable for textile printing and garment production.
• Create exclusive prints and graphics that strengthen the brand identity and product differentiation.
• Adapt and refine artwork based on product requirements and customer feedback.

Product Development Support

• Prepare production-ready artwork files and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Review strike-offs, print samples, and fabric samples to ensure design accuracy and quality standards.
• Ensure all designs are technically feasible for manufacturing and meet production requirements.

Design Management

• Maintain and organize the company’s artwork library, design database, and creative archives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
• Protect the confidentiality and intellectual property of all company designs and creative assets.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Textile Designer, Print Designer, Fashion Designer, or similar role.
• Fresh graduates with an exceptional portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of textile printing, pattern development, color theory, and fashion trends.
• Ability to create seamless repeat patterns and production-ready artwork.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the garment, fashion, or textile industry is highly preferred.
