Merchant Akuisisi

PT Asia Outsourcing Service is currently hiring for the position of Merchant Acquisition, based in Surabaya. This role focuses on acquiring new merchants, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and driving transaction growth through strategic sales planning and data-driven insights.

• Create sales & journey plan to achieve his/her own target in areas like sales volume, increasing the GTV for his/her territory
• Engage client development within his/her territory to accuire new client and nurture & to increase revenue for the company
• Provide advice & offer solution to the client his/her territory based on data so that the GTV can grow 
• Create regular reports on what's happening in his/her respective territory, building a good health pipeline on a daily basis
• Explains the various features and benefits that are relevant to merchant needs.
• Explains the various features and benefits of Superbank services that are relevant to merchant needs
• Explains the various features and benefits of Superbank services that are relevant to merchant needs.

• Proven experience in sales, especially in merchant acquisition
•  Strong ability to plan and implement sales strategies independently
•  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
•  Target-oriented with strong analytical thinking
•  Willing to work in the field and familiar with the assigned area
