Are you passionate about great food and ready to take the next step in your culinary career? Join our kitchen team at Cafe Kayu, where we serve delicious, fresh, and creative café-style dishes with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes across your assigned section of the kitchen. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain food quality, and uphold hygiene standards.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Prepare and cook menu items according to café standards and recipes 2. Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., hot, cold, grill, pastry) 3. Ensure all food is served in a timely manner and to the highest quality 4. Support junior kitchen staff and provide training when needed 5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your workstation 6. Assist in stock control, portioning, and minimizing waste

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

1. Min. 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (café/bistro preferred) 2. Culinary diploma or equivalent training 3. Flexible and able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :

Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards 2. Good time management and teamwork 3. Strong cooking and food prep skills
