We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at M. Mason Bar Uluwatu. This role is ideal for a culinary professional with strong leadership qualities, ready to support our Head Chef in delivering high-quality dining experiences. You will play a key role in maintaining kitchen operations, food quality, and team performance.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1.Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations 2.Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient service 3.Maintain high food quality, hygiene standards, and kitchen cleanliness 4.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations 5.Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management 6.Support menu development and execution 7.Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- Have minimum 2 year experience at the same field - Domiciled in Bali - Able to join immediately
