Rp 9 – 10 JutaPT AIS MEDIKA ASIA is hiring a Clinic Manager, who will handle operational of clinic and be responsible for it.
Engaging with goverment officer such as Sudinkes, OSS, PTSP, Puskesmas, refferal hospital in the area, Kemenkes, BATAN, BPAFK, AMDAL etc, regarding to complete Clinic permitt. Making internal regulation for all employees including work schedule, workflow, SOP. Achieving clinic's target.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Involving in clinical license management.
Recruitting clinic staff (medis and non medis) and doctors including make work agreement.
Making internal regulation for employee including work schedule, workflow, SOP.
Organizing the schedule of employee's shift.
Connect with insurance parties, vendors, corporate client.
Handling aggrement document with 3rd party.
Approving purchasing order.
Handling Customer's Complaint.
Mantaining Clinic Environment
Reporting to Clinic's Director
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
Graduated from medical, dental, public health or nursing faculty.
Experience min 3 years in management Clinic
Will be beneficial if candidat have certificate of managerial.
Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :
Have a work experience in handling Clinic Management. Have an ability to managing people Fluen in spoken amp
written English Be able to do presentation and create power point Have an ability to make proper paper work
