We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Supervisor Operational to oversee the daily operations of our studio. In this role, you will ensure a seamless customer experience, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to the growth and development of our business in the fitness and wellness industry.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

- Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations, including class schedules, equipment availability, and studio cleanliness. - Recruit, train, and oversee Pilates instructors and administrative staff. - Deliver excellent customer service, address client inquiries and concerns, and maintain member satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones, including social media and local partnerships to achieve sales targets set by the company - Ensure the studio complies with all relevant regulations and maintains a safe environment. - Maintain service quality, stay updated on industry trends, and identify opportunities for studio development. - Manage all team and All studio (JABODETABEK) Currently: BSD, PIK2 and Kelapa Gading. - Preparing the grand opening / soft opening for the new studio / new branch

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- At least 2 years of experience as supervisor on similar or services industry - Diploma/Degree any major relevant to the role - Have own Vehicle
