Rp 7 - 9 JutaWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tax Officer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on corporate tax experience to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end tax compliance, preparing tax returns, conducting monthly General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, and supporting internal and external tax audits. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in local tax regulations, proficiency in tax software, and the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Tax Compliance & Filing: Prepare, recalculate, and submit monthly and annual tax returns, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Withholding Taxes (WHT).
- Tax Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations between General Ledger (GL) accounts and tax returns to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments.
- Audit & Dispute Support: Assist in preparing supporting documentation, working papers, and audit schedules for internal/external tax audits and tax authority inquiries.
- Systems & Software Management: Utilize official tax software and portals (e.g., e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Filing) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to issue tax invoices and submit filings accurately.
- Tax Monitoring & Advisory: Stay updated on changes in local tax laws and regulations, evaluating their potential impact on company operations and ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Documentation & Archiving: Maintain systematic, well-organized tax archives, official tax receipts, and payment records for reporting and auditing purposes.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Tax Officer, Tax Specialist, or Tax Consultant (corporate or public accounting/tax firm background).
Technical & Tax Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of local tax laws, tax treaties, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proven experience handling monthly and annual tax compliance, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Withholding Taxes (WHT).
- Hands-on proficiency with official tax software, e-filing portals, and enterprise accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local e-Tax systems like e-Faktur/e-Bupot).
- Direct experience assisting with internal/external tax audits, tax reconciliations (GL vs. Tax Returns), and tax dispute preparation.
Certifications & Technical Tools
- Brevet A & B certification (or equivalent regional tax accreditation) is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling) and accounting software.
