Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsible and manage full-scope finance operations in Indonesia, including bookkeeping, financial statements, and cost accounting.

1. Prepare and monitor budgets; implement cost control and expense review;
2. Manage company funds, cash flow forecasting, and capital planning;
3. Liaise with the Shanghai HQ finance team and implement HQ financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards;
4. Ensure Indonesian tax compliance (PPN, PPh, etc.) and support annual audits;
5. Manage accounts receivable/payable and project collections;
6. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions;
7. Lead the finance team and strengthen internal controls and processes.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; relevant certifications (e.g., Brevet A/B/C) preferred;
2. 2+ years of finance experience, experience in exhibition/construction/service industries is a plus;
3. Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK/SAK ETAP) and tax regulations;
4. Proficient in accounting software and office tools (e.g., Accurate / Jurnal / SAP);
5. Good command of English and Chinese; Chinese-speaking candidates preferred (daily coordination with HQ);
6. Strong sense of responsibility, communication, and team management skills.
