PT Sam Bound Mitra Indonesia hiring (PMA Bonded Zone)

1. Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
2. Oversee financial reporting and accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
3. Manage tax compliance and obligations, including tax calculations, filings, audits, and coordination with tax authorities.
4. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations to management for better financial decision-making.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations, while strengthening internal controls and minimizing financial and tax risks.
6. Review general journals, ledgers, and financial statements prepared by the accounting team
7. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
8. Monitor and control factory operational costs and financial efficiency
9. eview financial reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
10. Manage the company’s tax obligations (VAT, Article 21, Article 23, Article 25/29 Income Tax, and other related taxes)
11. Supervise the use of e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and Coretax systems in accordance with regulations
12. Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company SOPs
13. Prepare financial and tax reports for management decision-making

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related fields
2. Minimum 5–7 years experience in accounting and taxation
3. Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is preferred
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations
5. Experience in Bonded Zone Company is plus
