Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor with strong property-management accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with AppFolio and QuickBooks.

This position is offered on a fully remote basis, allowing candidates in Indonesia to work remotely while collaborating with the international team. Communication and work coordination will be conducted online using digital communication and collaboration tools.

• Oversee daily accounting activities related to property management.
•  Perform and review bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date. 
•  Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports. 
•  Monitor internal controls and ensure accounting procedures are properly followed. 
•  Supervise financial activities and assist in identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies. 
•  Work collaboratively with the international team and ensure accounting tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. 
•  Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with company procedures. 
•  Utilize AppFolio and QuickBooks for accounting and property management-related activities

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in property management accounting.
•  Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and property management accounting. 
•  Hands-on experience with AppFolio and QuickBooks. 
•  Experience with bank reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and internal controls. 
•  Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and financial supervision capabilities. 
•  Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks effectively. 
•  Willing to work according to U.S. business hours. 
•  Good communication and coordination skills. 
•  Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.
