Junior Accounting

A Junior Accountant supports the finance team by handling daily transactional tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our finance department. In this role, you will assist with basic bookkeeping, process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and help prepare monthly financial reports. This is an excellent entry-level position for an ambitious individual looking to build a strong foundation in corporate accounting under the guidance of experienced professionals.

• Process and verify incoming vendor invoices, matching them with purchase orders and routing them for approval.
• Prepare billing statements and issue invoices to clients in an accurate and timely manner.
• Follow up on overdue payments and track accounts receivable aging schedules.
• Record daily financial transactions (cash, checks, and credit card payments) in the accounting software.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure general ledger balances match bank statements.
• Maintain and update financial schedules, such as fixed assets or prepaid expenses.
• Assist in preparing monthly closing schedules, financial statements, and variance analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (open to fresh graduates).
•  0–2 years of experience (open to fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds).
• Ability to operate accounting software such as Jurnal, Accurate, SAP, or similar systems is an added value, Basic proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and strong Microsoft Excel (especially basic formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, and Pivot Tables).
•  Excellent attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and solid understanding of basic GAAP/IFRS principles.
•  Able to work independently as well as in a team under tight deadlines.
•  Fluent in English
