Accounting Officer

Oversee, verify, and consolidate daily and monthly financial transactions, ensure compliance with hotel accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reporting to Head Office management.

1. The Accounting Officer will be based at the Head Office (HO) and will act as the primary financial and accounting liaison for one of our subsidiary companies in the hospitality/hotel sector. 
2. You will oversee, verify, and consolidate daily and monthly financial transactions, ensure compliance with hotel accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reporting to Head Office management.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in hotel/hospitality accounting (e.g., as an Income Auditor, Cost Controller, General Cashier, or Hotel Accounting Staff).
• Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems or similar, integrated with enterprise accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
• Strong analytical mind with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to deal with both hotel operational staff and corporate management.
• High level of integrity, independence, and time-management skills.
