Purchasing Manager

This role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen and operational workflows through strong vendor management, accurate cost control, and consistent supply quality.

• Oversee and manage all purchasing activities related to F&B and operational supplies.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery timelines.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels, order records, and supplier databases.

• Build long-term partnerships with trusted suppliers to support consistent quality and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, finance, and operations teams to align purchasing needs and budgets.

• Ensure all procurement follows company SOPs and adheres to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B purchasing (restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry preferred).

• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines.

• Trustworthy, proactive, and able to make sound operational decisions.
