We are a export oriented FMCG Manufacturer and Trading Company based in South Bekasi with our principles in Hong Kong. 

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Purchasing Operations: Managing the purchase lifecycle from purchase request to payment, including preparing and processing requisitions.
  • Supplier Management: Researching potential vendors, negotiating prices, evaluating vendor performance, and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.
  • Quality & Logistics Control: Inspecting incoming goods and ensuring timely delivery to meet company demand.
  • Manages the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing vendors, issuing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, and managing documentation like invoices and contracts.
  • Ensure goods and services meet organizational needs efficiently, supporting operational requirements and maintaining supplier relationships.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Willing to travel to source vendors.
  • Able to communicate in ENGLISH is required.
