Corporate Responsibility (HSE & Social Compliance)

We are looking for highly motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Responsibility Officer (HSE & Social Compliance). This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, environment, and social compliance program within our manufacturing facility. Th ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our operations meet both regulatory requirements and buyer standards.

1. Develop, implement, and update HSE and Social compliance policies and procedures
2. Ensure all company operations comply with local regulations and international buyer standards (WRAP, SLCP, FEM, C-TPAT)
3. Conduct regular internal audits, risk assessment, and safety inspections
4. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and compliance reports
5. Deliver training and awareness programs related to health, safety, and worker's rights
6. Act as the main liaison during third party audits, government inspections, and buyer assessments
7. Follow up on audit findings and develop effective Corrective Action Plans (CAP)

1. Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum GPA of 3.00
3. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
4. Certified in Ahli K3 Umum (General OHS Expert)
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
