• Perform spa treatments in accordance with company SOPs and service standards.
• Conduct brief consultations to assess guests' needs and suitability before treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience.
• Recommend suitable treatments and retail products based on guests' needs.
• Complete treatment records and report any concerns or incidents to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and high standard of customer service.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily spa operations.
• Promotes and sells our retail products
