Housekeeping

Housekeeper position in a luxury villa located in Umalas / Canggu, La Maison d’Ulysse Bali, a contemporary tropical four‑bedroom property on two levels overlooking the rice fields.

The role is offered on a 36‑month full‑time contract (40 hours per week), with a salary starting from 3.8 juta or more depending on experience, social benefits (BPJS kesehatan & tenaga kerja), annual leave and THR.

You will work in a high‑end environment with daily coaching based on international hotel standards, designed to help you grow in skills, confidence and professionalism.

• Maintain a very high level of cleanliness and housekeeping according to a schedule of daily tasks and specific projects.

• Carry out day‑to‑day villa care: bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, laundry, and aesthetic details.

• Support basic villa maintenance by checking and reporting issues when needed.

• Coordinate with gardeners and contribute to the overall presentation of the garden and outdoor areas.

• Apply international luxury hospitality standards in service, organisation and personal presentation.

• Take part in daily coaching sessions and demonstrate continuous improvement in performance and attitude.

 • Highly motivated, open‑minded, curious, with a strong desire to work and to learn.

 • At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a 4* or 5* hotel or luxury villa.

 • Good spoken and written English.

 • Strong professional skills, flexible, with excellent attention to detail and aesthetics.

 • Responsible, able to work independently, a good team player, hardworking and showing initiative.
