Engineer

PT. Advanced Offshore Services is a company operating in the construction sector that requires staff Engineer Responsible for the efficient management, maintenance, and performance of all equipment within the organization. This includes overseeing the planning, procurement, utilization, and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness

• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient deployment of equipment to various onshore and offshore project sites.
• Establish and manage a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Coordinate routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure all equipment meets or exceeds regulatory and safety requirements.
• Supervise mobilization and demobilization processes, including proper load-out and return of equipment to the warehouse.
• Implement effective inventory control to track availability, condition, and location of equipment.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to identify, evaluate, and select suitable equipment and third-party services when required.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings such as equipment deck layouts and related engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare tools and materials as per project and client requirements.
• Provide technical support during the tendering and project bidding process.

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project planning, engineering, or operations (preferably in offshore or construction industries).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
