JUNIOR CONTENT PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Goshen Aligned is looking for a Junior Content Creator to join our full-time remote production team based in Indonesia. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who have a strong interest in graphic design, video editing, and social media content production.

• Create visual content for social media based on provided briefs, scripts, templates, and creative directions.
• Design social media graphics and carousels.
• Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Create typography, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
• Source and prepare visual assets for content production.
• Resize and adapt content for different social media platforms.
• Perform proofreading and quality checks before content is finalized.
• Organize source files and completed content assets.
• Make revisions based on feedback from the team.
• Use AI tools to improve content production efficiency.
• Follow the company's content production systems, guidelines, and standards.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with limited experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic to good skills in graphic design and video editing.
• Good visual judgment and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.
• Good English reading and comprehension skills.
• Able to work remotely and communicate effectively during agreed working hours.
• Own a suitable computer/laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
• Disciplined, responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
• Willing to receive feedback and make revisions.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to improve.
• Experience using AI tools for design, video editing, or content production is a plus.
