Shopkeeper

Spin n Play is looking for a Shopkeeper to join our team in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for supporting daily store operations and delivering excellent customer service.

• Handling daily store operations and assisting customers
• Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience
• Managing sales transactions
• Maintaining product displays and store organization
• Handling inventory and stock management
• Providing product recommendations related to padel equipment
• Working closely with the product team to ensure efficient store operations and accurate stock management
• Maintaining store cleanliness and a positive customer experience aligned with the shop’s brand values and service standards

• Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Willing to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays
• Friendly, communicative, and comfortable interacting with customers daily
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, shopkeeping, sales, or cashier roles (preferred)
• Experience in sports retail or racket sports (padel, tennis, badminton) is an advantage
• Able to operate POS systems, EDC machines, Google Sheets, Excel, and basic cashier applications
• Able to recommend products based on customer needs (rackets, balls, accessories, apparel)
• Willing to learn and quickly understand padel product knowledge (training provided)
• Able to work in a team environment or independently, take initiative, and handle peak-hour pressure
