Strategic sales professional who bridges companies and customers, responsible for selling freight forwarding services, building relationships, negotiating, and achieving targets

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Prospecting & Selling: Identifying and approaching potential customers, then pitching the company's products/services.
  • Relationship Building: Being the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating price and terms, and closing sales deals.
  • Strategy Management: Planning and managing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Market Research: Analyzing the market to identify new opportunities and understand competitors.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of local and international logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
