Cook Helper

Responsible for assisting the kitchen team with food preparation, basic kitchen operations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The Cook Helper supports the Cook and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent food quality at Anno 1885.

Assist the Cook with food preparation and basic kitchen duties.

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements.
• Assist with washing, cutting, portioning, and storing ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean and organized.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.
• Maintain proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Follow kitchen SOPs, recipes, and food safety procedures.
• Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of each shift.
• Work closely with the Cook and kitchen team to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar position.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Willing to learn and support the Cook and kitchen team.
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Good physical stamina and able to stand for long periods of time.
• Clean, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
• Able to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
• Preferably domiciled in Jakarta.
