As a Matcharista, you'll be the face of our café — preparing and serving matcha-based drinks with precision and care. You’ll ensure that every cup not only looks beautiful but also reflects our commitment to quality. Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

- Prepare and serve a variety of matcha-based drinks and coffee (hot and iced) - Maintain deep knowledge of our matcha offerings and health benefits - Educate customers on matcha quality and origin when needed - Ensure high-quality presentation of all beverages - Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards - Maintain equipment and prep area, including matcha tools and utensils - Assist with cashier duties, restocking, and cleaning - Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- Minimum SMA/SMK or D3 - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia AND English - Previous experience as a barista (preferable 1 year) - Passion for matcha or coffee - Must be able to stand for long periods

Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :

Excellent communication and customer service skills, bubbly personality is a plus - Attention to detail and pride in product presentation - Willingness to learn and adapt to house recipes and techniques
