Management Trainee Sales

PT Multi Sukses Pratama is seeking a Management Trainee – Sales to join our team in North Jakarta. This program provides structured training and hands-on experience to develop product knowledge, technical understanding, and sales capabilities in industrial solutions. The role involves supporting sales activities, analyzing customer requirements, and delivering technical solutions to business clients.

• Participate in structured training and mentoring programs covering products, sales strategies, and business processes.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and potential customers.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and supporting sales documentation.
• Deliver technical presentations and product explanations to customers.
• Conduct negotiations and support the sales closing process to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related fields).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or up to 1–2 years of experience in sales, engineering, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of technical products, mechanical or electrical systems, or industrial solutions.
• Communication and presentation skills for customer engagement and technical explanation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• English proficiency for professional communication (written and spoken preferred).
• Willing to travel for business trips and work in assigned operational areas.
