Sales Marketing

Responsible for sales activities of the company’s logistics services, including Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Customs Brokerage. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, developing business relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing strategies and professional service. 

• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct regular visits and communications to understand customer needs
• Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate rates with clients
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Provide excellent after-sales service
• Manage the sales process effectively from prospecting to closing

• Minimum education: High School / Vocational School or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in the logistics industry
• Experience in freight forwarding is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of logistics products and services (Ocean, Air, Customs)
• Able to communicate in English (minimum passive proficiency)
