Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Prospecting & Selling: Identifying and approaching potential customers, then pitching the company's products/services.
- Relationship Building: Being the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating price and terms, and closing sales deals.
- Strategy Management: Planning and managing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Market Research: Analyzing the market to identify new opportunities and understand competitors.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local and international logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
