Senior Export Sales

PT Mitra Sukses Plasindo is seeking a Senior Export Sales to develop and manage international customers for export, import, and logistics services. This role focuses on international sales growth, new customer acquisition, and end-to-end handling of logistics sales activities.

• Develop and manage international customers for export, import, and logistics services
• Acquire new customers and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts
• Prepare pricing strategies, cost calculations, and quotations for sea freight, air freight, and related logistics services
• Negotiate commercial terms with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders
• Monitor shipment processes from quotation, booking, documentation, until full payment is received
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, finance, and overseas partners to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Prepare sales forecasts, monthly performance reports, and market analysis

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics sales
3. Strong understanding of export-import procedures, Incoterms, shipping documents, and forwarding operations
4. Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken
5. Strong skills in pricing analysis, cost calculation, and margin control
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for costing, quotations, and reporting
7. Willing to travel for business development and customer visits
