Staff Sales

PT Hanwa Steel Service Indonesia is a part of the giant trading company which is located in Japan , We are currently looking to hire a Staff Sales to ensure a profitable after-sales business with dealers by regularly reviewing purchasing costs.

1. Sales activity (include preparing quotation, receive PO, handling delivery, maintain customers) 
2. Negotiate with customers and related department. 
3. Analyze customer complain (problem solving). 
4. Analyze forecast for arrange stock and check for order quantity. 
5. Calculate & control stock order against delivery and forecast. 
6. Conduct internal & external meeting 
7. Preparing report (stock, sales, meeting) 
8. Ensure profitable after-sales business to dealers by checking cost of purchasing regularly.

1. Minimum Bachelor degree / equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Familiar with Ms Excel
4. Good Interpersonal and good communication skill
5. Able to speak english
6. Able to work in team and under pressure
7. Available to join anytime
